Despite being a grandmother, Seiko maintains an elegant, slender figure. Her white hair is often styled in a voluminous bun, paired with iconic rectangular red glasses. A heavy smoker, she is frequently seen with a cigarette in hand. Her distinctive beauty and youthful appearance sometimes lead to confusion with Momo's mother.
