In compliance with the Canadian Consumer Protection Act, products sold are warranted against defects. Consumers in Québec benefit from the legal warranty of quality under Article 38 of the Consumer Protection Act, which guarantees that a product must be usable for a reasonable length of time, given its price and purpose.
